"Had help from Carlos with a claim, he took very long with the claim. Also tried to get in contact with him many times but was told from other agents he was on lunch said they would let him know to give me a call back and I never heard back. He also told me to go into the office at a certain time and he was never there coworkers said he would be on lunch"
